At J’Nour, we value your satisfaction and offer a flexible return option. However, please read the following carefully:

• If you are dissatisfied with the product, its quality, or have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the shipping charges for both the return and the initial delivery (even if the initial delivery was free).

• If a promotional coupon code was used, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price and will be credited to your J’Nour Wallet Account.

• After deducting shipping fees, the remaining amount will be transferred to your Wallet Account. This balance can be used on your next order once the returned items are received.
